Executive Coaching Program
Our “Next Step Enrichment Coaching Program” is designed to support senior executives led by Brave Groups founders - Melissa Hamilton and Kelli Hayes, both former CEOs’ who have led large teams globally.
The Program supports leaders with specific, targeted and tailored coaching designed to meet a number of personal objectives (both career and whole of life) or business objectives, or a combination of both.
The opportunity is to accelerate an individuals unique goal achievement, through a structured process, and provide a safe pair of hands as a sounding board.
