Women in Leadership Programs with Allyship

This program focuses on supporting each participant, their leader and sponsors, by providing the tools, strategies, and networks to enable achievement of career ambitions and challenge the biases (conscious and sub conscious) that exist in workplace which can impact the success of women. A holistic program running over 9 - 12 months it includes face to face workshops, live webinars, one on one and group coaching for not just participants but their line leaders and sponsors.
