The Brave Group was founded in 2021 on the back of Melissa Hamilton's Brave Feminine Leadership podcast. Curiosity around why aren't there more female CEOs led to conversations more generally between Melissa and Kelli that great leadership is in demand, and the leadership that got us to where we are today isn't going to take us where we need to go tomorrow. Solution - The Brave Group, where we design and facilitate programs to solve the problem of elevating good leaders to become great leaders; to help people get out of their own way and to own their ambition and this in turn unlocks the talent that is needed to lead and build the workplaces and cultures of the future. We excel in women's programs, but as coaches of CEOs of all genders we know that what we do works for everyone.
We help business develop braver leaders.
