This interactive virtual event is hosted by Great Game team members who are joined by some of our experienced Great Game Coaches. This is not a webinar where you sit and listen. You will:

The course features 7 group coaching sessions every fortnight to maintain accountability throughout the program. The week in between allows you and your team time to complete the actions for each step. Each session will cover various topics of implementation. Under the guidance of a professional facilitator, meetings will include instructional content, idea sharing, and accountability challenges.

The Design Team (GGOB implementation team) is aligned, educated, and ready to fully implement and rollout GGOB to the entire team.
The Design Team understands all 10-steps of The Great Game of Business.
The Design Team is financially literate and has undergone Financial Literacy Training.
The Design Team understands MiniGames™ (short term games focusing on driving results in order to hit a goal) and how to use them to improve company engagement and performance.
Your team has identified the Critical Number™ - The #1 goal your organization needs to focus on for the year.
Your team has been trained on scoreboarding and is properly equipped to track progress on the company's Critical Number.
Your team has created and established a Bonus Plan for your organization.
Your team has established a communication rhythm and has set aside a time to meet for weekly Huddles (staff meetings).
