Kelli is a raving advocate for, and Certified Coach of, The Great Game of Business (in Australia and New Zealand). Her advocacy is based on experience. As co-founder of The Brave Group, and formerly CEO of an All Star and Hall of Fame  services organisation (Stellar) Kelli has been a practitioner coach for The Great Game of Business for over 20 years and has implemented The Great Game of Business in sites across Australia, Philippines and US.

Kelli believes that the best cultures are truly transparent ones, and that no business model is more transparent than Open Book Management. Kelli has used this transparency in playing The Great Game to lead her organisation through the uncertainty of COVID; manage record levels of growth; perform business turnarounds; and drive industry leading levels of employee retention.

Cultures steeped in ongoing education, information sharing, and rewards based on ‘everybody winning’ are most the engaging cultures, and Kelli believes there is no better way to do business.

Kelli’s strengths and interests lie in leadership, employee engagement and retention, commercial acumen, and High-Performance Cultures. Kelli is also a CEO and executive mentor, Syndicate Chair for the CEO Institute and advisory board member.

Rapid Financial Results. Lasting Cultural Change

Rapid Financial Results. Lasting Cultural Change

It's People.

The Great Game of Business has proven to systematically engage your people to drive profitability and sustainability. The best, most efficient, most profitable way to operate a business is to give everyone in the company a voice in how it's run and a stake in the financial outcome.

When you share the number and bring them alive, you turn them into tools people can use to help themselves as they go about their business every day. That's the key to open book management

It's Money.

The most important goals in business are making money and generating cash. The Great Game of Business® takes these two critical goals and envelopes them in a business operating system that keeps both as a central focus in the minds of your employees.

What if everyone in your company understood that, and knew how they were connected to it? The Great Game of Business® takes these two critical goals and envelopes them in a business operating system that keeps both as a central focus in the minds of your employees.

It's Both.

The only way to secure sustainable financial results is through a commitment to having an engaged team. The Great Game of Business ensures a sustainable level of engagement by giving your team a stake in the company's—and their own—financial future.

And while there are arguably multiple ways to engage your staff, The Great Game of Business ensures a sustainable level of engagement by giving your team a stake in the company's—and their own— financial future.
