Our program provides you with specific and targeted coaching designed to meet a number of personal objectives (both career and whole of life). We use a number of tools to help you understand where you are today (and why) and articulate your vision for yourself (Future You)!
Our goals is to accelerate and amplify your presence, personal brand and leadership development, and provide a safe pair of hands as a sounding board. Our coaches provide a challenging and supportive environment that facilitates your growth.
We achieve this through applying our unique approach in assisting you to be accountable to yourself, and your development goals. Our coaches examine other critical elements of executive leadership including your approach to strategy, impact on culture, self-awareness and building out your personal brand statement.
All Brave Group Coaches are passionate about supporting leaders to grow into their ultimate potential. Our One-one-one coaching is tailored to you – either 1 hour or 2hrs in length and over the duration of 6, 9 or 12 months; and include on-call conversations as required.

CONFIDENCE. Providing executives the confidence to step in to their leadership and develop plans that align to the organisational strategy, support the culture and drive the operational goals.
COURAGE. Helping executives develop the courage to bring their authentic self to their role, leveraging their unique combination of strengths, skills and experience to implement their plans and ultimately achieve their personal and business goals.
