Bianca Presutto

Most recently General Manager, Client Relationships Probe Group (7 years), Bianca made the successful transition from Leadership Development to Executive Account Management in 2014, and has managed to incorporate both skill sets in her approach to managing her clients. Known for cultivating strong relationships with her clients, operating at Trusted Advisor level, Bianca adds value through the application of her skills in leadership development for the benefit of the services she has responsibility for delivering.

Prior to her vocational transition, Bianca's learning and development focus was on Leadership development and change management. She has designed and implemented organization wide succession plan frameworks that focus on skill switching and self-development rather than role led frameworks.

Bianca has led large operational teams in Australia and Asia and has extremely strong commercial and business acumen.
